Well my engagement party has long come and go, but I just loved my table, so I am going to share it with you.
I was so inspired by the gorgeous hot pink of my last wedding, I decided to use the same roses for my table centers. I am not a girly girl by no means, but I couldn't be happier with the outcome!
Mums old dining table, and out door table never looked so good!! Thanks MUM!!
Way back in March, my good friends at Tickled Pink Events came to me with a few questions regarding table centers. The bride was really after something tall, with 'sticks' to hang the place cards off.
After much deliberation, twisted willow was selected and small birds were cut out to hang with each guests name on them.
I thought this was a great idea for something different to the normal floral table center...
Gorgeous hot pink roses were used for the bridal party and cake...
Over the past few months I haven't posted much at all... I have however, had a few visits to my blog which has bought me a few more weddings. Thank-you to my friends and family who have pointed people in the direction of my blog, and a huge thank-you to those who have supported me with my little business. I love doing these weddings and I honestly treat each one as if it were my own. I think you all deserve a piece of this beautiful cake!!
In November I got fed up with reading ABOUT domino magazine and decided just to READ domino magazine. I quickly googled till I found the international subscription and purchased my Christmas pressie to myself. Finally my first issue arrived... I really do love this magazine... I definitely recommend it to any home obsessed girl... Not only does it have great images and articles, it also has some gorgeous floral inspirations for the table...
I actually like the wallpaper in this image, but the flowers are gorgeous too!
A Chanel book and a posy of pink peonies, need I say more...
I have finally joined the blog world again for 2009... to start it off here are some pictures of the last wedding I did in January at Tambourine Mountain. It was a beautiful setting, a beautiful day and a beautiful wedding. The flowers included large garden roses, small white roses, lisianthus, freesias, hydrangeas and agapanthus...
Enjoy!
I stupidly forgot my camera so this is it for the moment...
Well, the year is coming to an end... but first comes Christmas! I hope all have a wonderful and well earned break with your families and loved ones...
Thanks for the lovely comments and encouragement and I hope your stockings are filled with goodies on Thursday morning!!
